• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

Our company is expanding and we need to hire a new admin assistant. We are in the retail industry selling mobile phones and accessories. We have a few shops in Singapore and are still expanding. Do apply to join our vibrant company.

The admin job is a 5-day work week, from 9-6pm.

Some of the job responsibilities includes:

1. Stock taking

2. Data entry of stocks into system

3. Filing

4. Check sales and invoices
