We are the head quarter of a well-established Chinese Enrichment School in Singapore looking for the following personnel to join our team:

Job Responsibilities

• Perform month and year end closing
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Perform GST submission
• Handle staff payroll and CPF e-submission
• Handle petty cash claims
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in LCCI /CAT in Accountancy
• Knowledge of MYOB and Accounting software
• Able to do full sets of Accounts
• At least 1 year of working relevant experience
• Must handle Chinese speaking clients (Able to communicate effectively with Chinese speaking associates in regards with the cash claims, GST filing and other accounting matters)
• 5 days work week

Work Location: Near Outram Park MRT

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Experience in Construction preferable in micropiling & geotechnical works
• Independent resourceful & able to plan, coordinate with Consultant, main Contractors & Subcontractor pertaining to our project.
• Self Motivated, Team players, preferably with valid class 3 driving license

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in the preparation of related journal entries.
• Issue sales invoices, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with the requirements.
• Assist AR Accountant in recognizing sales revenue accurately, ensuring compliance with company accounting policies.
• Verify internal accounts receivable against customer payments to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain a comprehensive ledger of accounts receivable, recording detailed information for each receivable such as customer name, invoice number, amount, aging, and payment status.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations with customers to ensure the accuracy of accounts receivable balances, promptly resolve any discrepancies identified, and archive relevant reconciliation documents.
• Any other Ad Hoc AR related duties as requested.
