Looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position:-

Assistant Cook

Responsibilities:

• Food preparation & assist Cook for some dishes cooking
• Ability to manage entire station independently
• Support the main Cook
• Take responsibility for receiving and safe storage of food ingredients
• Ensure first in first out (FIFO) practices are used in the restaurant
• Maintaining of equipment and kitchen facilities & Cleanliness
• To be responsible for personal hygiene and grooming

Requirements:

• min. 1 years of experience in Mixed Veg/ Chinese Cooking
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proven experience as Asst Cook, tech savvy person, able to accept all implementation to improve the work (if any)
• Posses valid Singapore Food Hygiene Certificate (if any)
• Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
• Able to commit weekends and public holidays (if any)
• Good team player and outgoing
• Able to be versatile and multitasking
• To cook other than Chinese Cuisine – eg. Western / others Cuisine will be a Plus+ (for daily special menu)

Technician / Mechanic (Maintenance Department)

• Working Days: 5 days (8am - 6pm)
• Office Location: Jurong East
• Salary: up to $2800
• Other benefits: flex benefits $100-$300/year + transport allowance $50-$120/month + will state exact amount of confirmation increment $50 - $200

Summary:

• To perform preventive and corrective maintenace works on equipment, and standby duties as required so that the equipment can function properly and safely

Requirements:

• Nitec in Electrical Engineering
• Technician experience in lift industry

Job Scope:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenace works in accordance to the schedule
• Carry out corrective maintenace works as when required
• Observe safety work procedures
• Ensure proper keeping and use of tools
• Observe proper work behaviour while working
• Perform standby works when required
• Follow up on breakdown report and assist Stanby Section where required
• Report to the superiors on all matters relating to team
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior
• Keep proper records of of works carried out in the revelent reports
• Attend to the building or equipment inspections as required, by law (BCD, FSB)
• Assist in conducting and investigating of damages/accidents to equipment or personnel
• Follow up on QC and QA defects.
• Ensure compliance to Environmental policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution

Responsibilities

• Reporting: Report directly to the Regional Project Manager.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with operation teams and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of projects with excellent quality. Coordinate layout plans, M&E plans, and visuals; review and manage project schedules.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all PM checklist items are completed for each store. Manage and rectify defects in newly completed works.
• Design Compliance: Ensure contractors follow design guidelines for drawing development. Organize design guideline briefing session for all new contractors
• Deadline Management: Work under tight deadlines to meet specific project timelines.
• Task Execution: Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager efficiently and promptly.
• Financial Oversight: Verify claims and payments for contractors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget.
• Liaison Role: Act as the primary liaison between the company and contractors/vendors to resolve project and facilities-related issues, including payments.
• Vendor Management: Assist in managing vendors to ensure quality service, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
• Store Openings: Ensure that new and future store fittings and franchise items are properly organized and prepared for openings.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Project Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in project management, architecture or related field
• Minimally 5 years’ experience in project management / Architecture / Interior Design field
• Experience with project management software
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Able to plan and organize, enjoys coordinating and doing liaison work
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent multitasking skills, being able to manage multiple projects at the same time
