• Coordinate with General Manager and Operations Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities.
• Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
• Generate operational reports for management as needed.

Job Description

• Assist with daily marketing administrative support
• Assist in planning creative, effective marketing and communications activities, which include events organization, copywriting and production of marketing materials and preparation of PowerPoint slides
• Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders in the execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns and projects
• Assist in managing printing, collation and distribution of marketing materials
• Perform administrative and any other ad hoc duties when assigned

Job Requirement

• Min NITEC in Business/Marketing or related field with at least one year's relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Basic Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage
• Able to write and communicate bilingually
• Organized with the ability to assist and follow through on projects
• Must be independent, resourceful and able to multi-task with minimum supervision
