Job Description & Responsibilities:-
a. Meeting of potential clients to enquire and understand their needs;
b. Coordinate layout plan, M&E Plan and visuals, prepare project schedule;
c. Submission of plans to relevant agencies for approval and arrange inspection;
d. Manage budget efficiently;
e. Ensure timely delivery and quality of work done for the project;
f. Key interface with clients, obtain feedbacks and resolve project related issues;
g. Monitor and control cost, quality, resources, procurement and risks;
h. Able to prepare meeting minutes and conduct weekly meeting;
Requirements:-
a. Recognized qualification in interior design, architecture or equivalent;
b. Min 3 years experience in corporate office design and build project management. Those with relevant certificate an added advantage;
c. Able to interpret architectural plans and familiar with authority and building submission and safety regulations;
d. Experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight timelines;
e. Excellent project presentation, leadership and people management skills;
f. Highly self motivated;
g. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
h. Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Project an added advantage.
