Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior Operations Executive/ Assistant Manager (Claim) to be part of their Operations team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Area - easily accessible.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and handle potential claims from customers and partners
• Work closely with the insurance team to manage and process claim files
• Respond to customer and third-party claim notifications
• Lead and guide in managing incidents related to claims across different business units
• Verify liability based on standard operating procedures and agreements
• Collaborate with teams to minimize losses and propose cost recovery solutions
• Manage claim-related documents like LOIs, liability letters, and invoices
• Follow up on ongoing claim cases with different teams and partners
• Provide regular updates on open claims to the insurance team and management
• Support the Operations Manager in meeting KPI targets and improving efficiency
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in related field
• At least 2 years of experience handling ISO Tanks

Summary / Objective

The Assistant Restaurant Manager implements business plans relating to staff control, handles people issues, and performs outlet-level support functions including but not limited to customer service, scheduling, handling day-to-day operations, cashiering, closing of the till, loss prevention, maintenance, inventory, and back office support.

He/she assists the Restaurant manager in the recruitment, training and motivating of staff, and in the day-to-day activities of an outlet. He/she also must project a positive and professional image according to company standards at all times.

Supervisory Responsibility

This job essentially operates within the outlet the person is assigned to work at. From time to time however, he/she will need to travel to sister outlets to render assistance if needed.

Required Academic Qualifications & Experience

• Min. ‘O’ Levels, with the ability to comprehend, write and speak reasonably good English.
• Prior experience is a requirement – a minimum of 5 years of related industry experience with a good record of staff management.
