Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
• To assist the Maintenance Manager in all administration works.

• Support in tender submissions, authority submissions and reporting.

• Issue invoices and assist in processing all claims and payments.
• Have proper bookkeeping on all incoming and outgoing letters.
• Maintain all transmittal records.
• Assist in transport and vehicle arrangement
• Assist in office maintenance and procurement
• Comply with safety & occupational health practices.

Requirements:
• GCE O/A Levels or Diploma qualifications.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience in working in construction site preferred, especially in Aircon Maintenance Projects.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player.
