Requirements:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Childcare fees and record of payments

4. Filing & General Administration

(a) Maintains accurate administration records for child enrolment, withdrawal and parent subsidy claims

(b) Assists in placing of orders in advance for food items (snacks for breakfast, tea), perishable and non-perishable items from Suppliers

(c) Prepares and displays up-to-date menu at the Parents’ Notice Board and Kitchen

The Asian School of the Environment (ASE, https://www.ntu.edu.sg/ase) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore seeks to appoint several Assistant Professors (tenure track) in tropical ecology. Duties of Sales Project Assistant Manager:

• Upselling company's product range
• Expanding our customer base and acquiring new accounts.
• Conducting technical sales presentations to clients.
• Nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collecting valuable marketing insights.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in B2B sales in related industry
• Stong connections and a robust network within the construction / building sector is an added advantage
• Possess own transport

Job Scope

• Process travel expenses/claims
• Calendar management
• IT support (asset / role request, etc)
• Event management (Team building / conferences/ training / department lunches)
