• Assist and report to Director of Finance in all areas relating to finance operation, project, financial reporting, management analysis, consolidation and all treasury related matters.

• Ensure compliance of budget control by preparing/reviewing/monitoring budget vs actual reports, communicating and highlighting issues to all budget holders.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and SOPs in the allocated job functions.
• To be actively involved in the change process of School, including but not limited to the reviewing, streamlining, standardizing, and implementing internal controls and processes by achieving a risk vis-à-vis efficiency balanced approach.
• To be part of the project leadership in the assigned IT related projects for Finance/Procurement team to assist system improvement, data migration exercise and implement new process and controls in the new IT system.
• Update knowledge and expertise of changing statutory requirements, accounting standards, tax laws and charity regulations to determine the implications of such changes to financial / management reporting and internal process.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

● ‘O’ levels / ‘A’ levels / Diploma / Certificate in Early Childhood Education

● Entry Level Diploma graduates from Theatre / Performance background /Early Childhood

Education

● Experience working with children ages between 6 months to 3 years will be an advantage

● Experience working with children in entertainment industries such as Universal Studios, Zoo,

Gym, hosting children’s parties will be desirable

● Able to play a musical instrument preferred

● Love and enjoy working with children between ages 6 months to 3 years and/or 3 years to 6

The Front-End works alongside the Ecommerce Product Owner; this individual is to be responsible for ongoing feature / functionality build-out of our ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate should have experience building robust web applications with a knack for testing and quality assurance in an Agile environment. What You Can Do For Us

• Maintain and support the development of the ecommerce website and collaborate with the ecommerce team to implement new features. Be the internal expert on all thing's web development.
• Partner with our Web Designer to deliver a modern UX/UI
• Build web pages that are simple and easy to maintain.
• Recommend new technologies.
• Continuously identify and develop fixes for bugs and other issues to ensure optimal website performance.
• Partner with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Service to understand requirements, user needs and design feasibility.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years’ experience developing web applications.
• JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS required.
• Next.js, React, Material UI, GraphQL preferred.
• Experience with Azure, Jira preferred.
• UI/UX experience preferred with responsive design.
• Writing Unit & E2E test scripts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
