The ARE ICA will participate in the engineering / technical review process and also oversee ICA field supervision / inspection and quality control and assurance matters for the construction of the respective facilities in the contracts under their care on TWRP project using their experience and knowledge in the construction, inspection and quality assurance of ICA elements. The incumbent shall be part of the Finance Shared Services (FSS) team responsible for the following:

Job Responsibilities:

• Process fixed asset transactions, such as assets acquisition, disposal, write off and transfers in SAP and to perform monthly SAP depreciation run.

• Provide accounting entries in Capex Purchase Requisitions ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and institution’s Finance Policy & Procedures.

• Prepare journal entries monthly, such as accrual, deferred income recognition and adjustment entries.

• Monitor open items in Asset Under Construction (AUC) / FA Clearing GL Accounts monthly and perform asset capitalization upon project completion.

• Prepare monthly Property, Plant & Equipment (PPE), Intangible Assets (IA), Right-of-Use (ROU) audit schedules.

• Update SAP Fixed Asset register

• Generate and distribute fixed assets listing to Institution’s users to conduct physical assets count on a yearly basis.

• Liaise with users on fixed assets matters.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• “O” Level or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Fixed Assets or Accounting is preferred; Candidates without experience are welcome to apply

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP / Navision experience would be an advantage

The role will oversee Mechanical works on engineering aspects, quality control and assurance matters for the construction of the respective facilities in the contracts under their care on the project using their experience and knowledge in the construction, inspection and quality assurance of Mechanical elements; work across all the related TWRP contracts under the CM team they are assigned to; supervise the contractors and maintain consistency across all the contracts and ensure that quality of all Mechanical works are in compliance with the specifications and applicable codes and regulations.
