· Managing healthy stock levels and minimize dead stocks

· Monitoring stock quality and escalate discrepancies if needed

· Follow up on marketing mechanics with suppliers

· Analyse campaigns performance and quarterly suppliers’ performance

· Selling store space/advertisement opportunities to suppliers

· Analytical minded and good with numbers

· Savvy with Microsoft Excel

· Well organised and attentive to details

Job description:

1. Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
2. Administer personal files of new hires and ensure documents are in order.
3. Plan and coordinate interviews.
4. Assist and support HR-related tasks & general HR activity.

Requirements:

1. Computer literacy to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
2. Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills
