Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Analysis: Collaborate with subsidiary teams to analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.

• Site Visits: Visit subsidiaries monthly to engage with local teams and understand market dynamics.
• Liaison: Facilitate communication between headquarters and subsidiaries to align goals and implement initiatives.
• Budgeting: Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Investment Assessment: Evaluate investment opportunities and financial risks, offering recommendations to optimize returns.
• Market Monitoring: Track financial trends and regulatory changes, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and value creation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience: 3-5 years in financial analysis or related roles, preferably in a multinational company.
