My Client is a a leading Financial Services Firm and are looking for a Contract Office Manager.

The role can convert into a Permanent Role but it will start out as a contract.

THE ROLE

The Office Manager will essentially ensure the smooth running of our offices on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for administration, facilities and staff support.

Responsibilities include:

Administration

• Act as receptionist and first point of call for all visitors to the office.
• Diary and calendar management.
• Invoicing and Expenses - account and credit card reconciliation, invoicing, and petty cash.
• Ordering groceries, stationary, office catering supplies & daily breakfast and organizing office laundry service.
• Coordinating courier deliveries and collections and daily post.

Facilities

• Responsible for facilities, maintenance, and upkeep of the office.
• Manage sub-contractors on maintenance, cleaning, security, waste, and other soft services.
• Coordinate services with building management and/or landlord.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of gym equipment.

HR Administration

• maintenance of HR database, new hire and leaver process, holidays and attendance tracking, visa applications, assisting staff with relocations.
• Managing healthcare and various benefit policies, cell phone contracts etc.
• Update and communication health & safety manual and procedures.
• Manage travel arrangements for all staff.

THE CANDIDATE

• 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Thrive in a busy office environment.

Position Summary:

The Network Engineer supports and maintains infrastructure operations; monitors infrastructure performance and resolution of technical problems. He/She leads high impact projects, prioritises and assigns tasks to ensure that team’s resources are used effectively and that infrastructure projects are implemented in accordance with plans and budgets. Able to identify and resolve highly complex or specialised issues that may require the establishment of new techniques and processes. Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends improvements. He/She is required to be on standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Ability to apply a critical and analytical approach to resolving technical problems and works well with the team and is able to guide them to ensure infrastructure projects are well implemented.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist with infrastructure planning and design

• Assist with the planning and design of infrastructure systems
• Assist with the documentation of infrastructure design and planning activities and decisions

Support infrastructure operations

• Perform infrastructure operations activities such as installations of infrastructure systems according to design specifications
• Align infrastructure operations with agreed service agreement standards

Maintain infrastructure

• Perform activities related to ongoing maintenance of infrastructure
• Assist with the implementation of agreed infrastructure changes and maintenance routines

Optimise infrastructure performance

• Perform ongoing tuning and optimisation of infrastructure hardware and software components such as updates and upgrades
• Participate in infrastructure development activities
• Assist with infrastructure testing and implementation
• Gather performance and data usage statistics for capacity planning and reporting
• Assist with piloting of new tools, technologies, and/or processes

Resolve incidents

• Perform problem/issue identification and resolution
• Assist with simulation of user problems to resolve operating difficulties
• Follow up with users to ensure problem has been resolved
• Recommend system modifications to reduce user problems

Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Engineering or relevant

• At least 5-6 years' of experience in the Network Management and Support Services.
• Strong knowledge and experience in supporting Cisco Switch, Cisco Router, Fortigate Firewall, Palo Alto Firewall, ClearPass NAC, F5 VPN, IPS, WLC, Access Point and VSS/VLAN Architectures.
• Previous working experience in Network Support in the areas of wireless, wired, and VPN.

• Relevant Network certifications such as CCNE or CCNA is desired.
