Job Description

• Lead the Global Operations (GOPS) team (Manufacturing, Production Planning, Procurement, and Quality Engineering) with emphasis on manufacturing processes, cycle time, assembly sequence, and quality.
• Provide engineering support in resolving daily operation issues in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, through collaboration with a team of multidisciplined manufacturing engineers, manufacturing supervisors and technicians.
• Achieve daily targets on product delivery to global customers in alignment with manufacturing engineering strategies, production schedules, quality and safety standards.

Prerequisites

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment with technical experience on manufacturing and production activities.

Job Scope

• Perform general filing for the Admin Department and maintain good housekeeping in the Admin Department and general office.
• Source & book the training course for staff in the company; Maintain and update staff’s training records and ensure accuracy.
