The role of an Advance Care Planning (ACP) Programme Coordinator involves facilitating appropriately staged ACP discussions with patient and/or their family members, to document decisions reflective of patient’s wishes and plans for future care. You will work closely with multidisciplinary professionals and community partners to facilitate holistic care for patients. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of ACP across SGH campus, which includes areas such as project management, quality improvement, research and outreach to the public and other healthcare professionals.

Job Requirements

• Minimum a Degree in relevant field with at least 2 years of working experience in a healthcare setting (Preferably background in social work, counselling, psychology or nursing)
• Possess strong organizational, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior training in National Advance Care Planning Facilitation will be an advantage
• Possess proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19

4. Supervise and train workers and tradespeople

5. Ensure manpower and resources are adequate

6. Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

7. Supervise the use of machinery and equipment

8. Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget

9. Resolve problems when they arise

10. Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.

11. Stuffing if required (Forklift License needed)

2. In-depth knowledge of machinery procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines

3. Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints

4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills

5. Ability to communicate and report effectively

6. Aptitude in math

7. Problem-solving abilities

8. Good physical condition and stamina

9. High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade

• Coordinate and support the sales team in achieving their sales targets for insurance policies and products.
• Support the sales team in preparing and processing insurance policies, quotes, and applications.
• Respond to inquiries about insurance coverage, policy details, claims, and related issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, records, and customer databases in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team to gather required information, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing paperwork, filing, and documentation.

Requirement:

• GCE ‘N’ level & above.
• At least 2 years of admin experience in Insurance industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
