General Manager Responsibilities

● Oversee day-to-day site activities of areas of responsibility ● Ensure that work is carried out according to the drawings and specifications ● Supervise a team of workers ● Ensure that work progresses according to schedule ● Liaise with subcontractors and authorities ● Attend meetings with consultants and subcontractors ● Conduct project monitoring to ensure quality construction and safety ● Adjusted work schedules as needed in order to meet all project deadlines planned • Carry out inspection work with RE/RTO to ensure work done in order • Coordinate and supervise the subcontractors for the assigned site activities to meet schedule and ensure quality control of the work • Monitoring and controlling unnecessary wastage of resources •Inspection work finishing and ensure specifications are met

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Accepting payments for delivered items.
