General Manager of Marine Safety primary role is to ensure safety operations of the managed vessels and compliance with all international marine requirements. Manage and implement the Safety Management System

• Overall in charge of all marine & safety operations of the fleet of vessels.
• Promotes and develops a culture of continuous improvement in pursuit of organizational objectives.
• Maintain Safety Management System (SMS) updates to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficient procedures.
• Manage compliance with risk management frameworks, policies, and processes.
• Oversee ships' compliance with regulatory requirements and legislation.
• Propose improvements to workflows to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Class 1 Master Mariners with a minimum of 2 years sailing experience on Bulk carriers.

• Experience in Ship Vetting by Majors, Ship, and Terminal Operation

The Job

You will provide prompt and quality front-line services to patients. Your role will involve registration and scheduling appointments for patients and collecting of payments from patients. You will also assist nursing and clinical staff with patients related activities and provide clerical support to the department. You will also be trained to perform oral, mid turbinate or nasopharyngeal swab and collecting the specimens for testing when deployed in pandemic roles as and when required.

Job Requirements

• GCE 'O' or GCE 'N' Levels, preferably with Certificate in Office Skills
• Diploma holders may be considered for the Senior Patient Service Associate position
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality or customer service will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong passion to serve the patients
• Willing to be attired in PPE (personal protective equipment) and be mask-fitted
• Willing to undergo rostered routine testing (RRT) swab when required

* Possess a valid driving license with good driving track records

* Familiar with Singapore route

* Able to work independently and under pressure

* Good interpersonal skills and verbal communication
