Primary Job Purpose:

The Swimming Pathways Manager/Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the National Swimming Pathway Programs, with a specific focus on SwimSingapore Initiatives. Educational & Certification Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Certification in relevant sports management or coaching education programs (e.g., ACTA or ACLP) will be advantageous.
• NROC Level 1 swimming coach certification (preferred).
