About this role:

We are on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer for a global role, someone who is not only passionate about design but also understands how it impacts our broader business goals. Your mission will be to utilize your keen eye for detail and innovative approach to contribute to a variety of projects. Your core responsibilities will include creating engaging visuals, logos, and typography, all grounded in solid design principles. What you’ll do:

Visual Creation Mastery and Innovation:

• Conceptualize and execute visually striking designs aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.

Logos, Toolkits Creation and Typography:

Strategic Design and Business Alignment:

What you’ll need:

• Qualification in graphic, brand, and digital design.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a designer within a creative team, in a marketing or creative agency setting
• Demonstrated expertise in visual creation, identity design, and typography exploration through a diverse portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), comfortable with navigating between softwares.
• Adept at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Proven ability to excel in an independent work environment

• Proven track record of successful project/product implementation with minimal 10 years of software development experience
• Minimal of 6 years experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a development and administrative role.
• Solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) process and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) process.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, etc).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services (REST, SOAP) and other integration methods.
• ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• To develop 3D CAD models and draw 2D detail design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings to relevant drawing standards
• To assist in coordinating all M&E services drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape and interior design
• Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior submissions
• Update and maintain current drawings / documentation
• Discuss ideas or issues to team verbally and written

Requirements:

• Minimum Engineering Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
• Proficient in 2D & 3D AUTOCAD and other desirable software skills (Autocad Revit, BIM)
• Familiar with local building codes
• Familiar with local submission procedures
• Exposure to ISO / drafting standards
• Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
• Perform as a good team player

Job Duties

• For creating user-centric, functional and visually appealing user-friendly digital interfaces, the User Interface Designer shall have relevant working experience in developing design artefacts such as screen-level wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes, as well as conduct usability testing.

Other responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
• Present design concepts, wireframes and/or prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Conduct usability testing to validate designs and iterate based on feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in web and mobile application.
• Proven record of the Product UX designs.
• Experience establishing and analysing UX metrics.
• Experience with end-to-end research projects; from defining goals and objectives, developing scripts or interview guides, conducting fieldwork, analysing results, and sharing insights with the Product team.
• Good in any of the designing tools (Sketch, Invision, Principle, Framer, Flinto, Figma, Azure, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Web, Androi, IOS)
• Familiar with agile development methodology and be able to collaborate with different stakeholders in the project to ensure the best user experience of the application.
• Strong communications and presentations skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Candidates with more than 3 years experience will be considered for senior postition.
