Our Store Managers are the key leadership role for our retail team on the ground. You will oversee the end-to-end operations of a store and will be responsible for driving the store's sales performance and service performance. You will engage in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store. To drive seamless customer experience across channels, you will also oversee the order fulfilment processes for customers in the store. On top of daily operational duties, you will also help in cascading and operationalizing headquarters’ directives to the store.

• Coordinate crisis response and recovery activities in accordance with business continuity policies
• Monitor merchandising presentation and visual display.
• Maximise utilisation of retail space.

• Lead and motivate team to contribute to productivity improvement and innovation.

• Preparation of ecommerce daily orders
• Replying to customer enquiries via platform chat
• Coordinating with logistics to ensure timely delivery of online orders
• Order fulfilment and follow ups
• Updating inventory quantity and price change
• Uploading new products
• Supporting finance team in timely documentation of all online sales, purchase order and invoices into system
• Data entry, filing and other adminstrative duties
• Able to work on alternate Saturday
• Singaporean/PR or Long Term Pass Holder
• No experience is welcomed. On the job training is provided.
