Understanding the pharmaco/ nutrico/ toxicokinetic behaviour of drugs, chemicals and food ingredients is a fundamental step in assessing the efficacy and safety of these materials. It can be challenging to study such substances directly in human subjects, while animal models lack direct translatability to humans due to inherent differences in species biology. One promising strategy is the use of physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modelling to predict the local tissue and systemic exposure of these substances. We have developed in-house in vitro and in silico tools to model chemical absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME) in humans using data generated from in vitro assays. We apply these tools to predict pharmacokinetic profiles in different settings, ranging from oral or transdermal administration to studying special populations such as pregnant women, for a variety of substances including pharmaceuticals, food ingredients, environmental contaminants, essential micronutrients and microbial metabolites. These capabilities are further enhanced with state-of-the-art, enabling technologies such as the SHIME® intestinal digestion simulator and spatial mass spectrometry imaging.

The candidate in this position will be expected to be involved in the following activities:

• Literature search to extract relevant ADME data for chemicals of interest.
• Perform in vitro absorption, transporter, metabolism, fraction unbound and other related ADME assays.
• Quantify membrane protein, metabolic enzyme and xenobiotic concentrations within biological samples using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) instruments.
• Integrate appropriate in vitro and in silico data into PBPK models to predict the ADME of chemicals.
• Develop new and/or improve features of in-house models, including pharmacodynamic modelling.

Perfume creation is an essential element of the product development process at Procter & Gamble. Our Beauty Brands, ranging from Hair Care, Body Care and Skin Care, are used by Billions of consumers around the world and have some of the most iconic & irresistibly delightful fragrances in consumer products.

Developing a superior fragrance for a P&G product requires a combination of strong scientific and artistic skills, understanding of our brand equities, consumer needs, as well as mechanistic understanding P&G's technologies.

YOUR TEAM

At the Singapore Innovation Center, you will be part of a passionate team of Perfumers and Perfume Designers with expertise across Categories and Regions. You will have the opportunity to work in multi-functional teams and engage with both internal and external partners.

HOW SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive 1-2 years' P&G perfumery program that includes a detailed understanding of the fundamental science and technology of perfumery as well as formulation strategies. In this role, achieving success can be described as below:

• Contribute to category growth through irresistible superior fragrances for Asia Beauty Care products.
• Develop Mastery in regional consumer’s scent needs and preferences. Discover insights in perfume formulation that are broadly re-applicable.
• Develop and expand scientific models and tools that enable creation of new consumer winning perfume formulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create irresistibly superior fragrances for our Beauty Care products based on technical briefs from the Category teams.
• Participate in olfactory evaluations of fragrances at consumer relevant touch points with perfume designers.
• Generate and interpret data that will help develop fragrances, solve problems, and make discoveries against project needs and problem resolution.
• Solve technical challenges typically encountered during the creation of fragrances for P&G products.
• Develop cross-functional networking skills for reapplying knowledge (methods, perfume, technologies) across categories.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Science or Engineering with a strong aptitude for chemistry or related areas.
• 3 years formal training / experience in Perfumery. Experience / understanding of Asian consumers olfactive preferences and consumer goods market.
• Strong passion for the art and science of perfumery often measured by the predilection for perseverance, persistent scientific approach as well as evidence of aesthetic intuition.
• An acute sense of smell. You must pass an odor acuity test to determine the abilities to discriminate odors and build odor memory. This will be reviewed and/or monitored by a Senior or Master Perfumer.
• Demonstrate a strong creative talent and a passion to use this creativity on the job, and ability to immerse in new subject matter, be self-motivated, learn quickly and develop mastery, perseverance and resilience in the face of challenges and failure.
• Passion for getting into the lab, developing perfume formulas through careful experimentation and identifies ways to improve and accelerate perfume creation through modeling and Digital capabilities.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, presentation & communication skills (oral & written communication) to work with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally, to bring out the best skills and capabilities in pursuit of winning perfumes.

Overview

Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. The appointment holder will also support data governance and protection in RHSO.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

1. Digital engagement with HSG CRM

· Establish a digital strategy for the residents in NUHS cluster using HSG CRM

· Responsible for business-as-usual operations of the CRM

· Monitor progress and update to management on a periodic basis

· Support the HealthSG Taskgroup meetings.

· Support NUHS teams in running campaigns according to NUHS Comms editorial calendar, and NUHS event calendar

· Manage stakeholder engagements to adjust and implement changes to the operational workflows and service delivery for better outcomes

2. Development of RHSO Learning Management System

· Define the strategy and roadmap for RHSO’s learning management system (LMS).

· Devise and optimize workflow processes

· Engage and support stakeholders, perform requirements gathering and ensure operational feasibility.

· Perform procurement of LMS (new or renewal) including contracts and agreements review with internal and external stakeholders.

· Responsible for business-as-usual operations and managing of resources (manpower, budget, etc) for RHSO’s learning management system.

· May include use of multimedia and digital software in graphic design, video editing, web/UI/UX development and animation creation.

3. Data governance and protection

· Work with data protection leads from other Divisions to ensure RHSO compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and MOH’s data-related policies and initiatives

· Provide support/ advice on enquiries from other Divisions for use-cases or initiatives that would require data related actions (e.g. storage, transfer, encryption).

· Provide incident management advice and/or support as needed and ensure that data incidents and breaches are responded to and managed effectively.

· Review Data Sharing Agreements that may be entered into between RHSO and other organizations when needed

· Plan and develop training and communications materials for RHSO staff

Requirements

· A degree from a recognized university, with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably within healthcare industry

· Relevant working experience in product management for IT or learning management systems (2 years min), with previous deployment of educational IT resources as a plus

· Experience in managing interactions and integration across different departments/teams

· Proficiency in the domain of data protection, data governance and PDPA obligations

· Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

· Previous experience in UI/UX development, digital design, animation and video editing work as a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To be able to effectively assess risk impact of project activities and issue Safety Stand Down when deemed necessary.
• Dealing with authorities, staffs, client’s representatives, public, neighbours and other interested parties on matters related to safety & health.
• Conduct regular inspection and see to it that person responsible for the NC recorded or raised by interested parties are informed to perform corrective actions with photos evidence of closure.
• Conduct accident / incident investigations and recommendations on corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of all corrective actions taken
• Ensure reporting of incident comply with legal requirement.
• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Environmental Management System of work site
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow-up actions to ensure environment compliance
• Advise Project Manager on site environmental issues and solutions
• Report and recommend on remedial measures on environmental issues
• Prepare and submit a Site Environmental Control Programme to PM
• Organise campaigns, training courses and other activities to develop and sustain the interest of staff and workers in maintaining good environmental health standards in the construction site
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferable to have minimum 5 years of experience in building/ civil projects
• Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
• Possess valid registration with Ministry of Manpower
• Possess a level of physical fitness appropriate to the job requirements, keen observation and knowledge of WSH requirements to enforce safety compliance at the workplace
