Job Description
The Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (SSHSPH) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) is recruiting a full-time Senior Research Fellow for the Health Systems and Behavioural Sciences domain.
Duties and responsibilities
- Establishing an independent research programme in the area of health promotion and implementation science to address health related behaviours and mental health;
- Undertaking literature reviews, leading on analysing data, writing reports, presentations, and publication of results and findings in peer-reviewed journal
- Collaborating and coordinating with multi-disciplinary team of experts and researchers in other national and international institutions
- Responsible for adapting, maintaining, evaluating and reporting the results of your work to a range of stakeholders
- Course design and teaching
- Supervision of junior team members and graduate student
Qualifications
- A recognized Doctoral degree in a relevant discipline with a strong post-doctoral research record;
- Track record of publishing in international peer-reviewed journals;
- Ability to generate and maintain an independent stream of funding;
- Ability to teach public health courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels;
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
- Ability to work with culturally diverse populations.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
The grade of appointment will be based on candidate’s academic qualifications and years of relevant experience.
