- Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environmental health hazard;

- Point out and discuss environmental health irregularities such as mosquito and fly breeding, rodent infestation, noise/ dust/ smoke/water pollution, poor housekeeping, earth littering, poor refuse management, poor maintenance of sanitary facilities, etc. with the occupier of the construction site and recommend measures to rectify such irregularities;

- Attend to all feedback on such irregularities and inform the occupier of the construction site accordingly;

- Report and submit a Site Environmental Control Report to the occupier of the construction site once every monthly

- Assist the authorities to investigate outbreaks of infectious, vector borne or food-borne diseases on the construction site;

- Organize campaigns, training courses and other activities to develop and sustain the interest of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards in the construction site.

- The Environmental Control Officer (ECO) is responsible for introducing Environmental Awareness to all Workers / Staff at Site.

- The role of an ECO is to advise the occupier of the construction site on what needs to be done.

- The ECO shall look out for conditions/ situations in construction site which causes environmental health problems or are likely to cause environmental health problems. He should report these conditions/ situations to the occupier of the construction site together with recommendations on remedial measures to be taken to prevent recurrence. The main areas where the ECO should pay attention to are:Disease-bearing insects and rodents;

▪ Noise, air and water pollution;

The Role

The Healthcare Assistant will provide support and assistance to the Nursing staff in providing the residents with basic hygiene and personal care daily, attending to their needs and notifying attending nurses of any changes in the physical or emotional state of residents.

Responsibilities

▪ Carry out duties / procedures as assigned by senior nurses.

▪ Assist in serving meals / drinks and in feeding the residents. Report abnormal feeding.

▪ Assist in the activities of daily living (ADL) of residents. Report Abnormalities.

The incumbent will provide service coordination management, administrative support, and operations improvement and analysis for our Day Rehabilitation Centres (DRC).

a) Service Coordination Management

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients, assist in appointment scheduling and re-scheduling, subsidies application, and address client inquiries for Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy services.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (where applicable) to ensure the smooth delivery of service.
• i.e. Active Rehabilitation (AR) service is carried out by Therapists.

b) Administrative Support

• Plan and remind stakeholders of the reassessment of care plans with clients as per their service plan’s requirements. This is to determine if the client needs to continue with the service.
• Ensure that proper documentation on the systems and paper filing is completed on a timely basis.
• Provide scheduling and planning support for Day Rehabilitation Centres and Nursing Homes in accordance with planning guidelines.
• Assist the Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy team with client enrolment and center schedule management, and Bumblebee (CMS system) administrative and support tasks.
• Provide any other ad-hoc administrative general support to the Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy team as assigned.

c) Operational Improvement and Analysis

• Extract, measure, and monitor key performance indicators for Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy services.
