10. Troubleshoot office technical and facilities support. Function as the key liaison with Synapxe and outsourced IT support for staff’s computer problems in general.

11. Provide on-site troubleshooting technical assistance during calls, presentations, projects, etc.

12. Review Annual IT Work Plan with GERI’s HODs and submit proposed plans and budget to Synapxe for review and consolidation.

13. Review the preliminary YH/NHG’s Annual WorkPlan with Synapxe to scrutinize the cost sharing allocated to GERI.

14. Verify IT-related invoices (from Synapxe/AHPL/NHG) on a timely basis, working with Synapxe team staff when needed.

15. Review and ensure staff training and overseas conference applications adhere to NHG HR Travel Policies.

16. Support key research events organised by GERI’s internal teams, as well as staff events such as team bonding exercises.

17. Perform the appointed Fire Warden role for the institute.

The individual collaborates across departments to identify areas for improvement, develop strategic plans, and execute solutions that drive operational excellence.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) SPECIFIC

1. Analyse Processes: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
2. Continuous Improvement: Execute, coordinate and set up improvement framework and processes to provide the analysis to facilitate multi-faceted decision making for strategic, operational and clinical information needs with hospital key stakeholders.
3. Strategic Projects: Participate as a facilitator in key improvement projects to address the problem statement/operational challenges and deliver measurable improvements.
4. KPI Monitoring: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
5. Change Management and Culture Building: Foster good working relationships with internal colleagues and assist the operational and clinical champions in their improvement projects. Act as the catalyst to influence stakeholders’ ownership and motivation towards continuous improvement.

1. Support NHG Initiatives: Assist in new or revised NHG initiatives, programs, and events at the cluster level.
