Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. Job Key Responsibilities：

· Managing the day to day Operations of the designated outlet assigned.

· Lead / Manage a team of Therapists.

· Motivate and coach staff for better performance

· Maintain and update Customer database.

· Promote treatments and packages to Customers.

· Maintain the outlet overall presentation and responsible for the outlet Sales and Revenue

· Achieve Personal Sales Target

· Evaluate progress against Sales Target, identify and implement the solutions
