【Job Overview】
They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Training Sales & Project Manager to lead sales and business development efforts for retail training courses. Besides being instrumental in managing projects, this incumbent must play a vital role in collaborating with government institutions and providing strong support to the Managing Director in business development activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, business acumen, and extensive knowledge of retail training programs and developments.
Job Description:
■Training Project Lead (Government Institutions Collaboration):
• Lead and manage training projects in collaboration with government institutions from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government contacts to secure funding and support for training initiatives.
• Stay informed about government programs and grants relevant to the Fashion and Beauty industry.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and outcomes.
■Support Managing Director (Business Development Activities):
• Assist the Managing Director in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Fashion and Beauty sectors.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for retail training courses.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in collaboration with the Managing Director.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent World Mode Singapore at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
■Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Fashion and Beauty sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
■Leadership & Communication:
• Lead and mentor a team of sales and project management professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the Fashion/Beauty retail sector.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing end-to-end projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of retail training programs and industry developments.
• Ability to work effectively with government institutions and navigate regulatory requirements.
• Strong team player, business acumen and strategic thinking.
