Key Responsibilities:

• Demand Forecasting and Analysis:Utilize historical data, market trends, and input from cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts for beauty products.
  Monitor and analyse demand patterns, adjusting as necessary to respond to changes in customer preferences and market dynamics.
  Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to gather relevant information that impacts demand forecasts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

1. Screen, treat and provide nursing care to sick residents

2. Attend/carry out routine procedures for all new admissions and residents returned after absconding ego urine test, blood sugar test, rectal swab etc

(A) JOB SUMMARY

You play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to Quality Management and Nursing Administration Departments, responsible for training administration, information management, project, audit and meeting co-ordination and reward and recognition program. B3. Reward and Recognition (R&R) Program

• Provide and oversight for the R&R Program.
• Plan and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annually the various awards in a timely manner and track the utilization of vouchers and keep accurate records.
• Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure the event is held seamlessly and resources are readily available for certificates, SPOT cards, Vouchers etc.
