Deliver art sessions at our partner hospitals and community-based sessions under our Art Therapy Program

• Maintain consistent and safe workspace practices when delivering the art sessions
• Plan and curate monthly thematic art kit activities for our home-based beneficiaries
• Responsible for planning and procurement of art supplies for the Art

Therapy programmes

• Conduct one-on-one online and in-person group art workshops
• Maintain Personal Data Privacy requirements
• Collect programme impact data, including outputs, testimonials and surveys for data impact analysis and programme evaluation

As this role requires the Art Therapist to enter the hospital wards, the candidate will need to show proof of Vaccination records as per Hospital guidelines. They include vaccinations for mumps, measles, rubella, pertussis and chicken pox.

The job description of the administrative assistant are as follows:

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
• Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
• Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
• Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
• Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
• Uses word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents.
• Operates and maintains clinic and office equipment, including digital scanner, imaging machines, compressors, autoclaves, dental units, airconditioners, printers, copiers, and fax machines.
• Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure clinic and office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand.
• Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations.
• Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
• Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
• Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
• Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.

What You Can Expect

As a key member of the Workforce Planning & Talent Development Department, you will have to lead the team to conduct workforce and manpower planning exercise and review the plan with the organisation. You will be reviewing and implementing the strategic workforce planning framework and strategies to guide HPB manpower planning processes as well as meet future manpower requirements of the divisions.
 

You will also be focusing on formulating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet organisation’s manpower needs and establish key performance indicators. In addition,  you will be required to review and improve work processes related to manpower planning, staffing and recruitment. You will be tasked with partnering divisions and line managers to understand and support their business needs while performing end-to-end recruitment as well as exit management.

You will be responsible for budgeting and monitoring recruitment-related expenditures where you are required to project manage HR-related services such as the period contract for appointment of Executive Search firms, and contracting for psychometric assessment.

• Demonstrated track record in engaging and influencing internal and external stakeholders, understanding and anticipating stakeholders’ business needs and co-creating solutions to address business needs
• Strong analytical skills, resourceful, meticulous and a collaborative team player with good written and verbal communication skills

In addition, having relevant qualifications or experience in human resources, business administration and managing tenders/ quotations for procurement of HR-related services will be an added advantage. Familiarity with Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) and Workday system would also be a plus.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the brand marketing plans for Guardian Singapore. Working collaboratively and in synergy with multiple stakeholders and external vendors to deliver marketing objectives that meet business goals.

Responsibilities

Marketing Communications

• Responsible for strategic internal/external communications, media outreach, KOLs, events etc
• to improve public perception of Guardian brand in Singapore and maximize category / retail sales
• Lead Public Relation campaigns to support key campaign launches, working in collaboration with internal functions (Commercial, Operations, E-commerce etc) to achieve campaign objectives.
• Manage media queries, work in collaboration with relevant internal functions to respond and craft key messages
• Leverage on consumer insights to better understand consumer behaviour and perception so as to develop suitable marketing communication strategies that contribute to the growth of business
• Work closely with external agencies (when applicable) to deliver business and campaign objectives. Ensure key messages are in line with Guardian brand proposition
• Track and review campaign performance metrics to ensure delivery of ROI
• Collaborate with strategic suppliers on joint marketing programmes
• Manage and track marketing budgets

Own Brand

• Support the ideation, development and implementation of communications strategy for Own Brand campaigns
• Drive the marketing communications of own brand launches to meet growth objectives
• Measure and evaluate effectiveness of launch campaigns

CSR

• Be the CSR champion, to support and reinforce the company’s CSR agenda
• Supports and facilitates all CSR related activities, initiatives and campaigns
• Manage NGO relationships and be the contact point for any CSR opportunities

Requirements

• Degree, preferably in Mass Communications, Business or Marketing
• Retail / FMCG experience desired
• Past relevant experience (min 3 years) in Public Relation, Brand communications in Singapore.
• A proven track record of successful results (quantifiable) linked to strategy, planning, and execution, i.e., from brief to completion and results
• Ability to navigate and manage ambiguous environments
