Clinical:
1) Coordinate daily administration of patients in the healthcare facility
2) Schedule appointments, answer patient enquiries promptly, handle patient emergencies in the healthcare facility
3) Chaperon and assist doctors during patient consultation and procedures
4) Provide specialised care and advice to patients
5) Perform phlebotomy procedures on patients, and supervise phlebotomy procedures performed by staff undergoing training for phlebotomy course certification
6) Administer vaccination, injections and treatment to patients as ordered by the doctor
7) Prepare patient files by obtaining personal and health information
8) Document clinical notes, maintain patient data records for evaluation and health insurance purposes
9) Maintain sterility of medical equipment and sanitise designated areas
10) Devise and improvise medical SOPs as approved by the Medical Director
11) Train all clinic staff on policies and procedures, reporting needed changes
12) Maintain highest standards in patient care
13) Promote patient safety by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
14) Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information
15) Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board and hold a valid license
16) Must hold a valid BCLS certificate
Administrative:
1) Monitor stock and supplies in the healthcare facility
2) Determine inventory level, anticipate needed supplies, inform manager to place orders for supplies
3) Verify receipt of supplies
4) Perform end of day finance settlement
5) Able to use clinical management software and have basic computer skills
Others:
1) Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace environment
2) Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
3) Must have valid proof of immunity against Measles and Diptheria
