The production/operations coordinator reports to the Factory Manager and is responsible for overall factory management and efficiency of manufacturing processes. The Centre for Family and Population Research at Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, National University of Singapore (NUS) is recruiting 2 Postdoctoral Fellows for the project. This research project aims to develop an evidence base on the role of gender inequality in shaping women's health in low and middle-income countries (LMICs). Using the life course framework, it endeavours to illustrate a series of novel pathways linking gender inequality and gender-based adversities with the health and well-being of women in mid and later-life. The project's objectives include research publications on the topic, the establishment of a global research network on gender inequality and later-life health, and the production of a policy document containing a summary of key research findings, research, and data gaps, as well as policy suggestions.

The postdoc will work with the Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-PIs to develop multiple research papers. Job duties include, but not limited to, the following:

• Data management and analyses of survey data
• Draft and submit papers (at least 3 per year), as a co-author, for publication in high-impact scientific journals with the PI and co-PIs on the project
• Develop research briefs for public dissemination (at least 1 per year)
• Assist the PI with project management

Qualifications

Applicants should have:
