As a Copyright Operations Specialist, you will work with a cross-functional group of tech and legal teams to tack on challenges. You will design and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our key programs in GenAI, resolve unique legal challenges at the cutting edge of internet and copyright law, scale and streamline complex workflows, and support and educate internal stakeholders. Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review, manage, and improve escalation processes and other legal matters of high impact, risk, and complexity with limited oversight.
• Act as subject matter expert and primary point person on multiple project areas, including GenAI and escalations processes.
• Coordinate cross-functionally on process and policy outreach, maintaining feedback loop with stakeholders to identify issues and drive further improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional
