Scope of Responsibilities:

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, utilizing your IT knowledge to identify root causes and implement solutions to restore functionality.
3. Guide customers through step-by-step instructions and provide technical assistance for using our digital platforms, placing orders, navigating menus, and resolving login or payment-related issues.
4. Escalate complex technical issues or unresolved customer concerns to appropriate internal teams or third-party vendors for further investigation and resolution.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical support requests, and resolutions in our CRM system or ticketing software.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and marketing, to address recurring technical issues, implement system improvements, and enhance the overall customer experience.
7. Stay updated on product features, software updates, and industry trends related to digital technologies and customer support best practices.
8. Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members or customers on the use of our digital platforms and IT systems.
9. Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and self-help resources to empower customers with self-service options and minimize support inquiries.
10. Uphold company policies, service standards, and data security protocols to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer information and digital assets.

About the team you are joining

IATA’s E&F (Enhancement and Financing Services) is the largest global billing and collections solution for airports and Air Navigation Service Providers. You will report to the Manager IATA Customer Service Center in Singapore. The role encompasses all areas of collection, including communication, query handling, contact validation, and document maintenance. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to process customer disputes.

What your day would be like

• Collection of high values/low volumes & Low value/high volumes accounts receivable procedure based on invoice payment dates.
• Collection of all E&F debts through Phone Calls, Chats, Queries, Escalations
• Achieve collection targets and performance goals as set by the management.
• Review customer accounts and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve invoicing disputes or discrepancies with customers or internal departments.
• Record and update customer payment information and collection activities in the database or system.
• Ensure all customer actions are covered and documented, validated, and account details archived with an accuracy and timely manner. Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Prepare and send statements, notices, and reports to customers and management.
• Collaborate with colleagues and team members globally to improve collections organization.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts initiate collection actions if required and monitor payment plans.
• Build and manage relationships on large accounts with customers.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
• Listen carefully to Customer Complaints and provide relevant feedback for improvement.
• Ensure customer queries are escalated appropriately to the correct internal departments.

• 3+ years of experience in a collection environment utilizing multiple communication channels (Phone, Chat, CRM System) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail and accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills, customer-centricity oriented, and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
• A minimum qualification in a relevant college diploma is required, a relevant University Degree is preferred.
• Fluency in English, Thai, Mandarin, and Bahasa language is mandatory; knowledge of other languages will be an asset.

Job Description

The National University of Singapore invites applications for a Research Associate position in the Department of Synthetic Biology Translational Research Program, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. Appointments will be on a 1-year contract in the first instance, with the possibility of extension.

Purpose of the post

The Research Associate (RAssoc) will be working closely with the Principal Investigator and a team of researchers on bioprocessing and downstream process development. The RAssoc’s principal role will be to assist in method development and process optimization for research projects requiring bacterial and yeast fermentation as well as provide technical support and training to laboratory users.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The Research Associate is expected to:

1. Design and execute fermentation experiments to optimize the production of target compounds/proteins.
2. Develop and scale-up bioprocesses for the cultivation of microbial strains (bacterial, conventional and non-conventional yeasts) from benchtop to pilot scale fermentation.
3. Conduct process optimization studies to improve fermentation performance, yield, and productivity.
4. Lead efforts in developing scalable downstream processes, including but not limited to filtration, chromatography, and other purification techniques.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of strain engineering to fermentation and downstream processes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Analyse data from fermentation and purification experiments, interpret results, and present findings to the team.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during fermentation or purification processes.
3. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and safety guidelines.
4. Stay updated with the latest advancements in bioprocessing and downstream purification technologies and apply them to enhance processes and productivity.
5. Provide technical expertise and support to team members and contribute to the overall success of the group’s translational projects.

Qualifications

The applicant should:

• Masters in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully optimizing and scaling-up fermentation processes for the production of compounds/proteins.
• Expertise in downstream purification techniques, such as filtration, chromatography, and other purification techniques.
• Hands-on experience with various bioreactors, fermenters, and other bioprocessing equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols in bioprocessing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools (JMP), and design of experiments (DoE) for process optimization is an advantage.
• Preferably have experience with process simulation and modelling.
• Be able to work both independently and in teams.
• Demonstrates an investigative nature and is attentive to details.
• Demonstrates an ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
• Passion for innovation and staying updated with the latest trends in bioprocessing.

Your Role

Quality Assurance Specialist is to promote and integrate quality into every aspect of our BioReliance® biologics safety testing business in Singapore. The role is to perform batch record review (i.e. data audits) to support all aspects of quality operations to ensure that laboratory testing operates in full compliance with sound scientific practice, GxP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The scope of responsibility is to contribute or impact the results of the QA team and is accountable for the quality of own work, solve problems of low complexity independently by identifying and selection solutions and by analyzing information.

The post holder will be able to perform the following functions independently, with minimal guidance.

What You Do

• Batch record review: Review and approval of GxP documents, including Protocols, Technical Specification (TS), Batch Records, Workbooks, SOPs and all other QMS documentation.
• Batch record review: Comply with all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Batch record review: Conduct in-process or final audits and approval on manufacturing or testing documentation as they comply with the stated regulatory standards and the approved TS, protocol or SOPs.
• Batch record review: Release of the certificate of analysis for GMP testing against the TS and associated documentation.
• Batch record review: Prepare QA statement within each GLP final report specifying inspections date, and dates findings were reported to the Study Director and management.
• Review and approve deviations, anomalous results, OOS, positive results and CAPAs.
• Assist in investigations from events, complaints or data audits.
• Conduct trend analysis for deviations and review / approve applicable CAPA records.
• Assist self-inspections to ensure continuous improvement.
• Perform and support client audits, regulatory inspections.
• Perform and support internal audits.
• Perform and support supplier audits.
• Comply with Health and Safety Executive regulations and undergo relevant training modules when required and actively takes necessary action when encountering unsafe situations.
• Perform their duties according to the principles of Good Laboratory (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Who You Are

• Graduate degree in life sciences or higher related degree

The Sourcing Specialist plays a supportive role for the GSC (Global Supply Chain) Strategic Sourcing Managers. Their responsibilities include assisting with contract services procurement, contract execution, and supplier onboarding. Essentially, they extend the capabilities of the Global Supply Chain Sourcing Managers by providing tactical support in these areas

Supply Chain Management – Onboarding New Suppliers:

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new regional/site suppliers using company’s specific onboarding tool.
• Ensure supplier vendor codes are ready in the system before the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
• Applicable to all categories.

Contract Services Procurement – Various Categories:

• Conduct RFPs for multiple sites simultaneously.
• Evaluate commercial bids and ensure consistent scope understanding among bidders.
• Review contract documents for quality.
• Prepare the Award Recommendation Letter (ARL) for GSC and DCE.
• Coordinate contract routing for timely signatory.
• Relevant for indirect services only, particularly professional services.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Indirect Sourcing (Procurement) experience is a must have. Contract management experience would be secondary.
• Well-versed in program / project management i.e. looking at cost, adhering to timelines etc. Proven track-record of managing high demands and high attention to detail given the nature of the role

JOB CONTENT:

1) Weekly management of the Customer backorder report with a turnaround time of 48 – 72 hours for a complete review.

2) Work and assist the Sales team in managing their Customer pre & post shipment.

3) Support and drive the requirements generated by Customer Bond Constraint Report related to fulfillment of bonded parts in their BIM program.(If applicable)

4) Escalate all their issues or challenges in fulfilling their assigned task to their CSS management in the most appropriate timeline to seek guidance on resolution.

5) Manage customer’s portal update and customized report if required.

6) Update customer production change requirement within Future System to optimize inventory planning.

7) Elevate any potential delivery shortfall to respective sales personnel for awareness and communication.

• Perform daily fraud analysis to detect and investigate anomalies and fraudulent activities in customer and transaction data

Summary:

Responsible for liaising with the Project Team for the Contract functions on the projects to which they are assigned. Provides the focal point for the Contract packages assigned to and related activities on the project, liaising with the Project Manager, the client, and all disciplines including the Supply Management Director and the Project Contract Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with work processes, procedures, instructions and guidelines, including Contract Execution Plan, Co-ordination Procedure and Quality Plan;
• Prepare cost estimates and submitted for review to the Contract Manager prior to submission to the Project Manager;

• Ensures Change Orders are issued as appropriate, invoices are received, checked, and approved, and all claims or back charges are resolved;
• Ensures Contracts files are always maintained and are current;
• Keeps abreast of market conditions and maintains regular communications with key Contractors;
• Advise Contract Manager and Supply Management Director of potential new sources of supply, and of current supplier’s performance;
• Provides Contract support to estimates when required;
• Ensure Contracts are expedited to completion, including coordination with Construction, Engineering, Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment, and Quality Control, and that all Contractor documentation is received;
• Conduct Contractor Performance Assessment upon Contract closure; and
• Prepares final accounts and closeout, manages the return and release of Securities/Bonds and Warranties.
• The Senior Contract Administrator is required to maintain good relations with all stakeholders, internally and externally, and shall ensure Worley professional ethics are observed at all times.

The Role

This position will be part of the Group Administration Department providing operational administrative services and support.

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative activities such as providing professional front office services on receptionist duties.
• Attend to general enquiries/requests/feedback from both internal and external stakeholders, and where possible to direct to relevant depts/person in charge.
• Manage all main room and courier service activities.
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness of the reception area, meeting rooms and boardroom.
• Manage the tea lady service and catering requests from departments.
• Perform daily inspections on meeting room furniture/equipment, and coordinate with tea lady to ensure that the room is return to original setup at the end of each meeting. Report any defects to the Corporate Real Estate Team promptly for follow up.
