Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Warehouse Assistant is responsible for ensuring the overall supply chain activities on asset and warehouse management. The Warehouse assistant must be proactive in delivering the necessary tasks as required.

TASKS

General

• Maintain & update asset tracking.

• Work closely and collaboratively with the leads of MiE/ SMiE and outreach to achieve NTUpreneur’s entrepreneurship educational mission.

4. Provide support to maintain good relations and effective partnerships with stakeholders and  government institution

• Provide support to maintain good relations between NTUpreneur’s OEP and key government funding agencies
• Facilitate to develop partnership with government agencies to engage startup ecosystems overseas.
• Support the collation of reports for OEP team when needed by government ministries and statutory boards.

Summary of Duties:

The position of Senior Program Assistant is responsible for coordination and administrative services to the Alberta Singapore Office in support of the delivery of its multiple services to clients and stakeholders. (1) Coordination of clerical and administrative duties such as making travel and accommodation arrangements, scheduling meetings and appointments, assisting with pre-visit arrangements and hospitality events, as well as the research, collection and/or verification of information for a range of subjects, files and cases related to the Alberta Singapore Office;

(2) Providing advice on administrative matters and the financial management system, and recommending changes to procedures and practices to meet changing or new situations;

(3) Drafting budget submissions, meeting notes or reports, routine correspondence, administrative and progress reports, periodic statistical reports or other documents for the Trade section.

(4) Monitoring budget expenditures for the Alberta Singapore Office ,and tracking, controlling and reporting on the program budget in support of initiatives and program events/projects;
