Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for getting in new clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and identify sales leads to develop new business opportunity.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics sector.
• Conduct market research to discover potential clients and industries.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, carriers and market conditions.
• Work on tenders/RFQs/Bids if required

Requirement:

• 3-5 years of related sales experience in freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

· Manage the pantry by organizing supplies, monitoring inventory, and restocking when needed

· Oversee the administrative function for the office, including office equipment maintenance and procurement

· Manage office supplies, such as stationery and grocery supplies

Human Resource Administration

· Perform general HR administrative tasks, including preparing employment letters, confirmation letters, and other relevant documentation

· Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper record-keeping practices.

· Coordinate interviews with candidates

· Take charge of planning and organizing company events, including team-building activities, celebrations, and other corporate gatherings.

Requirements:

· Min 3 years experience in HR/Admin

• Professional Qualification such as ACCA / CA / CPA
• Minimum 6 years of relevant transfer pricing experience in one of the Big 4 and/or MNC
• Good understanding of transfer pricing regulations & regional tax regimes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• SIATP accreditation will be an advantage
