• Financial Reporting Improve the governance and reporting of financials for compliance.

• Conduct Art lesson professionally according to student’s learning objectives
• Knows the fundamentals and different approaches to drawing media technique
• Lead and plan art related activities such as exhibitions, competitions etc
• Demonstrate techniques in activities such as drawing and painting
• Understand the versatility of paints: dry brushing, staining, layering, underpainting, monoprinting
• Develop, design, implement and review all lesson plans
• Ensure all art teachers deliver art lesson in accordance to the company's standard
• Assess each student’s learning progress and growth in knowledge
• Continual communication and feedback to parents on student’s progress
• Able to handle students of different age group
• Create a conducive environment to enhance learning

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum diploma in related field
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels
• Excellent people management and teamwork
• Comfortable working with children and communicating with parents
• Able to work on weekends
• Proven track record and portfolio
• Strong organisation skills

Job Scope

• Assist the Executive to ensure smooth operations
• Provide necessary assistance to clinic services
• Investigate into patients' complaints
• Liaise with PR to handle complaints and query conduct
• Schedule duty, leave rosters and deployment of staff
• Plan for doctors' roster, resource allocations and load balancing
• Supervise subordinates
• Assist in the planning of training programmes and activities for staff
• Any other duties as assigned
