Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, designers, programmers, suppliers, and stakeholders, to plan, execute, and deliver engineering projects focused on green marine systems for marine vessels within defined timelines and budgets.

• Together with core technical teams, conduct feasibility studies, evaluate technical requirements, and develop project specifications and scopes of work for green marine system integration projects.

• Coordinate and oversee engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project plans, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Together with technical team, review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of green marine system designs and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of green marine system projects.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders.

• Coordinate and track procurement activities for green marine system components.

• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services required for green marine system projects.

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor installation and integration activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Prepare and deliver project progress reports, presentations, and technical documentation to stakeholders and senior management.

• Manage delivery of documentations, including but not limited to FAT, HAT, SAT, operational and maintenance manuals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer, Marine Superintendent or similar role in the marine, shipbuilding or relevant industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivering engineering projects.

• Knowledge of marine vessels systems, including electric motors, generators, batteries, power management systems, and control systems is an advantage.

• Familiarity with marine vessel propulsion systems, including diesel engines, gas turbines, and electric propulsion technologies.

• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and project management software.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

1. Maintain the Company’s IMS, ISPS, MLC and ISO manuals, and records by

• Updating and filing manuals, procedures, and documents as per schedule.
• Keeping an external and internal audit schedule.
• Making quarterly updates on SOPEP/SMPEP emergency contact list for the ship and office.
• Updating and disseminating the MPA/MMD notices and circular from MPA Singapore and Malaysia MMD websites weekly or monthly to the ship.
• Updating/uploading/populating the ship shore drills, management reviews, circulars, notices, manuals, memos, and certificate file onto the Fleet Management System.
• Keeping a Management Inspection record and schedule.
• Keeping a HSSEQ record and reporting near misses, incidents, accidents, exposure hours, loss time accidents etc.
• Keeping a record of ship PSC and FSC inspections, status, and summary of observations.

2. Prepare documentation (manuals, audits, and certification) for the new ship delivery or management of ships

3. Distribute or circulate the following documents to the ship and/or office:

• General memos
• HSSEQ, Navigation, Technical, Charterer memos or notes
• SOPEP/SMPEP emergency contact list for ship and office as per quarterly update or as required.
• MPA Notices and circular updates from MPA/MMD website

4. Update the MPA/MMD Continuous Synopsis Record CSR application, certification, and revisions of the ship with MPA Singapore, MMD Malaysia.

5. Update and upkeep the office staff reference library of Harbor and Ocean Going: Paper Charts and IMO Publications or Journals.

6. Record and file office staff protective equipment PPE distribution, and Office portable fire extinguisher annual calibration.

7. Maintain records of acknowledgement from the ship, in-house training records, and certifications.

8. Take minutes for operation meetings, deck operation meeting, various committee meetings and other meetings (as a backup).

9. Create, edit, and upload Memos, Circulars, bulletins and other documents in HTML format or any other format in the document management system of the fleet management software.

10. Collate the data and assist in generating reports from the fleet management software.

11. Carry out other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.

- Assist in conducting Preventive Maintenance of assigned medical devices

- Assist to conduct medical devices operation training to end-user

- Ensure that all machine spare parts are properly stored and accounted for.

- Attend to service and repair call

-Track and ensure consumable parts are replaced in time as well as service contract is renewed timely.

Requirements:

o Singaporean and bilingual in English and Mandarin as need to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.

o Degree or Diploma in HR with at least 2-3 years job experience

4. Submit CPF contribution before the 14th of the month for last month payroll.

5. Ensure that all new staff (full time and part time) are approved before processing.

Recruitment

1. Issues application forms for candidates and verifies details.

2. Conducts preliminary screening and arrange for interviews of job applicants. Schedules interviews for Department Heads concerned if necessary.

3. Performs reference checks of newly hired employees in accordance with established policy.

4. Processes application of work permit, employment passes and follow-up with the renewal update on recruitment and selection.

5. Prepares letters of appointment and issues the necessary documents/items according to New Recruit checklist.

6. Monitors probationary period of all newly hired employees.

3. Prepares letter of acceptance for employees who ceased their service with the company and ensures due payments are made.

4. Processes clearance for employees resigning/terminated and ensures that all company’s properties are returned.

5. Conduct new hire briefing for all operation staff

Administration

1. Prepares and files all correspondences on recruitment, transfers, promotion and termination of employees and correspondences for the Outlet/Department.

2. Maintains and updates all personnel records ensure that all documents are complete.

3. Prepares statistics for all government surveys and questionnaires.

4. Compiles monthly statistics relating to manpower, turnover etc.

5. Process H & S Insurance claims for staff, ensure that it is done within 30 days from the date of discharge

6. Process Work Injury Claims (WIC), ensure that compliance with the WIC Act and claims are duly submitted to the insurance company.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the mastermind behind:

• Guiding our financial health: Overseeing budgets, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Ensuring smooth operations: Managing HR functions, collaborating with vendors, and tackling special projects.

Financial Management and Control (50%):
