• Handle administrative work & process of PO/DO/invoicing
• Keep records and reports on purchases.
• Assist in tracking stock inventory and proceed with stock replenishment when needed.
• Manage supplier's product quality and arrange stock check and stock return in related to product quality issue
• Liaise with operation supervisor closely to support their order request

Job Requirement:

• Prefer candidate with minimum 1 year purchasing experience

• Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, termination etc.
• Work pass application, renewal, cancellation, repatriation
• Arranging training for staff
• CPF Contribution
• Foreign workers' accommodation and related activities
• Generating payroll, gathering data & calculating OT
• Year-end IRAS submission
• Updating & Maintenance of Personnel Files

Admin

• Licence & certifications monitoring and renewal
• Company's ISO Systems, including documentation, maintenance, attending to external audits
• Working with banks, company secretary, accountant on corporate issues
• Ensure company Insurance is valid – new/renewal
• Vehicle management, including vehicle insurance and roadtax renewal
• Support Project Teams in sourcing & issuing of Purchase Orders.
• Shipping, logistics arrangements.
• Prepare Invoice to clients, Payment to suppliers, GST returns
• Any ad-hoc activities by Admin & HR Manager, from time to time.

Requirement

• ‘0” Level/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Good understanding of HR practices including Employment Act
• Good organisational skills with ability to carry out analytical and coordination work
• Good working attitude & self-driven
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) and able to interact with people at all levels
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, HR System (infotech), Accounting System (Quickbooks)
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive incoming and outgoing shipment within the warehouse
• Sort, pack and organise inventory
• Pick goods according to Delivery orders
• Perform quality checks on picked products
• Check labels, serial numbers, dates, markings and relevant documents
• Assist with container clearance
• Operate forklift when necessary
• Monitor warehouse inventory and report shortages, errors, damages
• Participate in regular stock-take and reports

• Carry out regular monthly and YE shop inventory audits on retail shops
• Perform any day-to-day ad-hoc general accounting duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Must possess a Professional Certificate/Nitec, or Diploma in a related discipline.
• Candidates without any experience are welcome
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications
