KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist with the brainstorming, planning and execution of our social media calendar.
• Assist with the maintenance of our social media presence.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to prepare written correspondence and design marketing collaterals.
• Assist with the creation and development of multimedia video content and the recording and editing of video projects.
• Assist with the sales analysis for our upcoming productions.
• Assist with the planning of marketing/media outreach for our upcoming productions.
• Additional duties as assigned/required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and Photoshop.

Work & Responsibilities:

1. Performs all works assigned by the Project Director/Associate/Architect/Team Leader to meet the established project objectives (quality and standards) diligently.

2. Reporting to Project Associate/Director on all matters pertaining to design, technical and building code issues.

3. Assist in documentation during Conceptual & Detail Design Development stage.

4. CAD or manual drafting of sketch drawings.

5. Understanding & applying Building Regulations as directed by the Project Associate/ Architect.

6. Able to support, prepare and co-ordinate Autocad / BIM drawings for authorities' submissions via Corenet / Portal

7. Liaising with Consultants on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations.

8. Attending Consultants/Site Meetings on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations.

9. Works and coordinates with fellow team members on collective assignments.

10. Familiar with local code, regulation, and authority submission

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (or other relevant design software). PowerPoint and sketchup for presentation will be advantaged.
• Ability to adapt to changing project demands and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in all aspects of Design from concept through construction will be an advantage.
• Possess excellent technical design skills with an eye for details.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, sensitive in details design with a good knowledge of building materials.

Minimum 5-8 years relevant working experience will be preferred.

The main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g employment records, onboarding/offboarding guides, policy documents, etc), updating internal databases & payroll administration. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Job Description

• Assist & support the HR Managers on the full-spectrum of HR duties, day-to-day management of HR operations and other events & projects. (e.g Employee engagement programmes) 
• Update and maintain data of employees in HR systems, ensures data accuracy of all entries 
• File and maintain e-personnel documents in an organized manner under the Employee’s individual P-file 
• Administer & update Leaves and schedule of outlet staffs 
• Monitor & process all work passes renewal and applications 
• Preparation of Employment contract, memos and other necessary letters & correspondence  Monthly payroll, CPF submission and commission calculation 
• Handle the recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding process 
• To prepare yearly IR8A and to upload to tax portal for employee’s tax filing, to file IR21 and manage tax clearance etc. for WP holders
• Manage the employee's communication e.g announcement of policies, events etc 
• Liase with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance 
• To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

• Preferably Diploma in HR Administration/ Accounting 
• At least 2 -3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field 
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft excel 
• Preferably good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and the Singapore Labour Law 
• Able to deal with people of different levels, internal and external. 
• Pro-active attitude, responsive, reliable, resourceful, willing to learn and a good team player 
• Meticulous and analytical
• Self-driven and able to work independently under tight schedules 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
• Good with numbers
