Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
• Assist in planning and coordinating drivers, sales team and customers schedule.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
• Act as a liaison between the management and staff, relaying information, requests, and directives.
• Maintain office files, both electronic and hard copies, ensuring they are organized and up-to-date.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Perform day to day administrative support for the company and various departments including Retail Operations, Warehouse and Head Office.

2. Source for quotations and liaise with existing and potential vendors or suppliers for all non-trade items, office and warehouse equipment.

3. Use Non-Trade System to process, coordinate and issues for retail outlet or individual staff requisition for non-trade items.

4. Check, verify and maintain the accuracy of non-trade items inventory system database.

5. Deal with contractor and vendors for office and outlet facilities service and maintenance.

6. Replenish order for pantry stuff, toiletries products and cleaning tools.

7. Responsible for routine service and maintenance for company vehicles, forklift, reach truck, and other warehouse equipment.
