THE POSITION

Title: Accounts Assistant

Report to: Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:

• To handle the day-to-day accounting activities
• Responsible for accounts, post journal entries, maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
• Responsible for the preparation of Accounts Receivable & Payable on a timely basis
• Liaise with creditors and debtors when required
• Assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end closing of accounts

• Assists in the management of multiple projects while providing project management advice to the H3Zoom teams.
