Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Min 5 years in handling full set of accounts independently
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 Dynamic Business
• Proficient in Ms Excel
• Knowledge of payroll processing with Times Payroll

Duties and responsibilities:

- Assist in managing a portfolio of prime property assets in the central core region

- Gather and analyse market data to assist in the preparation of rental proposals

- Attend to feedback/issues of the properties from tenants

- Provide cost management analysis to ensure initiatives align with overall business objectives

- Perform cost control and optimization. Ensure costs and expenses are properly managed and accounted for whilst maximising returns to investors

- Participate in project management and provide support to minimise project risks

- Prepare relevant reports for management regarding the status of ongoing projects

- Perform physical evaluation of properties

- Handle emergencies promptly and professionally to ensure minimal disruptions

Requirements:

- At least a Bachelor in Accounting

- Experience in MS Word, MS PowerPoint MS Excel

- Minimum 2 years working experience

-Possess good communication and analytical skills

- Highly responsive with the ability to work in a dynamic environment

- Approachable and a team player

- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines

- Monitor and evaluate internal controls and improve efficiency/effectiveness of workflow processes
