Job Overview:

The HR Specialist – Global Shared Services will play a pivotal role in providing efficient, high-quality HR service delivery to employees, line managers, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) for assigned locations. The role involves handling operational HR processes, managing data integrity, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within a global HR framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Service Delivery:Act as the primary HR contact for assigned locations, delivering efficient and high-quality services.
  Provide transactional processing support, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle experience.
  Offer advice and resolve queries from employees and line managers promptly.
  
• Data Management:Manage and maintain employee-related data entry into the HR system with utmost accuracy.
  Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data consistency, integrity, and security.
  
• HR Operations:Oversee the HR shared services ticketing tool, ensuring timely responses to requests and queries.
  Actively analyze cases and identify issue trends for continuous improvement.
  Ensure adherence to key performance metrics, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  
• Reporting & Insights:Generate accurate and timely HR reports for data analysis.
  Provide actionable insights where applicable to support decision-making.
  
• Process Improvement & Documentation:Participate in system enhancements, new technology implementation, and continuous improvement efforts.
  Update and maintain knowledge management documents, including SOPs, desktop procedures, and process workflows.
  
• Annual HR Cycle Support:Assist with HR cycles such as Merit, Incentive, Year-End processes, and audits.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain regular communication to obtain feedback on daily operations.
  
• Operational Support:Support specialized HR functions (e.g., HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management).
  Manage operational tasks outlined in the HR service catalog, including handling employee inquiries and HR operations tickets.
  
• Global & Regional Initiatives:Contribute to global and regional HR projects as required.
  
• Ad-Hoc Duties:Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
