• Monitors, assists and performs all procedures and protocols for maintaining an excellent sanitation and hygienic environment
• Conducts monthly sanitation inspections throughout all food handling areas and generate respective reports
• Key liaison with external agencies (laboratory, government bureau, assessors, health inspectors, etc.) on sanitary matters.
• Support any Accor Hotels in HACCP when the needs arises

Projects Assistance :

• Prepare documentations, submit applications and follow-through with all hotel projects eligible for Government Support schemes
• (Project-based) Participate in relevant new project implementations or launches with systems set-up/data submission

Corporate Social Responsibility :

• Assist in driving CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilities) activities and events for the Hotel.
• Liaison with Charity bodies, organizations on logistics and communicate, solicit volunteers and participants for the events.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with Heads of Department providing or requesting information as is necessary to the smooth running of the hotel.
• Any other reasonable request within your range of competence as required by your Manager.

Reporting to a Brand Manager based in Singapore, you will play a significant role in driving MAKE UP FOR EVER brand growth with strong retail strategy and smooth retail operations planning and execution.

YOUR IMPACT _________

You will also be responsible in supporting the retail team to grow brand performance & ranking in all channels. This person will foster love and professional makeup artistry of MAKE UP FOR EVER to Sephora Beauty Advisors and own MU Experts.

YOUR MISSION _________

RETAIL SALES DEVELOPMENT:

• Drive performance to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs, maximize business profitability.
• Track sales performance and provide guidance to Boutique / Sephora teams.
• Implement and monitor monthly brand sales focus, sales target, and individual BA’s sales target. Constantly review and analyse achievements and develop strategies to close sales performances gaps.
• Work closely with brand’s Trainer on individual BA’s training to motivate team to achieve their sales target (total brand and individual)

VISUAL MERCHANDISING:

• Ensure counter is visually appealing aesthetically and in accordance with brand’s guidelines.
• Work closely with Brand Manager and trainer on new products launches and execute new product launch plan, according to marketing calendar.
• Proactively adjust product display/GWP display, maximizing sales efficiency.
• Ensure counter display reflects monthly sales and marketing focus.
• Ensure that the counter display reflects the monthly sales and marketing focus.
• Ensure tip top store cleanliness as per brand guidelines, and tip top VM change/display.
• Ensure timely execution/management of monthly marketing animation and activation.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:

• To ensure accuracy and timelines on store inventory - ordering and return.
• Follow up product arrival and on-shelf time through close communication with Brand Manager.
• Inventory cleaning and management of discontinued and expired products. Follow up the disposal of discontinued products.
• Monitor product inventory and communicate with store operations supervisor to ensure stable supply.

GENERAL OPERATIONS:

• Be the key point of contact at all times to drive workshops and store events.
• Be the first point of contact on guest complaints and be responsible for onwards escalation, when needed.
• Roster management
• Ensure accuracy on half-yearly audit check.
• Hold short weekly meetings to inform BA and BTQ of sales targets, completion rate, incentive plan, key products, and display adjustments.
• Ensure that BA grooming meets brand standards.
• Ensure that the Specialist /BA/ GS on the counter can provide excellent customer service in accordance with the brand's service standards.

REPORTS:

• Timely submission of daily sales / monthly reports
• Timely submission of team’s commission and allowances monthly.

SUPERVISION AND TEAM MANAGEMENT OF BAs:

• Ensure that BA grooming meets brand standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
• Be a role model for the team for sales and customer service.
• Motivates Beauty Advisors and establishes good team relationships and maintains team harmony.
• Assist and work with Brand Manager in recruitment of BAs.
• Partner with Trainer to ensure BAs are integrated into the brand with strong brand’s introduction and have strong basic product knowledge.

Job Scope:

· Assist in spend data analysis, clean and update current data report with guidance and instructions

As the Regional PR Assistant Manager, you are responsible for press communication and activations to drive brand awareness, traffic, as well as building media relationships. ​ In this role, you adapt global brand initiatives for regional markets to secure press coverage, media engagement, while growing the brand community across all digital and physical channels.​

What you will do:

• Lead PR agencies in the relevant markets to ensure that opportunities are maximized and manage the media enquiries
• Work with Regional PR Manager, develop and implement localized communication/PR/media relations strategy for the markets
• Establish workflow and asset co-ordination to provide the local PR agencies with all relevant brand info and strategic updates such as PR plans, press releases, imagery, samples, seeding plans, and suchlike
• Work with affiliate Marketing Team to support with the influencer strategy and seeding across the defined markets
• Manage sample movement regionally and be the point of contact for regional PR teams, agencies, and Showroom teams
• Collaborate with local teams to identify suitable celebrities and KOLs for each campaign to meet brand objective and business goal
• Support the local teams and agencies to implement press gifting and seeding strategies
• Monitor and track results against KPIs and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for relevant projects

Key Responsibilities (this includes but not limited to):

Receptionist Duties

• Answering, screening and directing of all incoming calls to the relevant person/department.
• To ensure frontline enquiries and excellent customer service is delivered.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to various departments when needed
• Perform other adhoc related duties as required.

• Sort out day-end report and bank in slip for all outlets/counters
