You will be tasked to ensure system platforms enabling terminal operations are reliable, scalable and operate within desired service level objectives. Covering system operations, you will work with users, vendors and product owners to deliver capabilities that are valuable to support their product delivery and operations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent

• Deep passion for working with different types of technologies in a DevOps culture

• Growth mindset to challenge traditional norms and drive changes in work processes with a focus on automation and delivering solutions as a Service

• High desire to learn new tools that will be needed to interact with our technology stack

• Willingness to script to automate and embrace Infrastructure as Code practices

• Be prepared to work in a team providing 24x7 system support

The following will be highly valued:

• Experience on Saltstack for configuration management

• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems

• Proficiency in VMware Cloud Foundation, VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T and vRealize Ops

• Hands on experience in Dell VxRail Hyperconverged Infrastructure

• Working knowledge of enterprise networking

• Pick goods accurately from specified locations
• Label, pack & place goods neatly in Outbound area
• Complete Pick & Pack for daily deliveries
• Ensure proper handover of goods & documents, to & from delivery contractor
• Submit completed documents to Customer Service team, after verification
• Check physical condition and segregate goods by lot/serial number
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, neat & tidy condition at all times
• Execute weekly cycle count according to scheduled plan

• Process Director’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate.

• Assist Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
