• Responsible in the overall contract administration, preparation of contract, negotiation with subcontractors and other relevant duties.
• Preparation of consent form, purchase orders and contract award.
• Review contract conditions from Employer, and Main Contractors etc.
• Interpret contract and tender documents.
• Issuance of Letter of Award to Vendors/Sub-contractors.
• Working closely with QS, Engineers and Project Managers

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Candidates with construction industry experience will be added advantage.
• At least 2 – 3 year(s) of hands-on working experience.
• Able to read and understand technical drawing

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Respond to inquiries and help as needed from superiors.
