Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented regional Human Resources Senior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate may need to assist with payroll for a manufacturing plant in Malaysia. Responsible for managing the full spectrum of payroll functions, in resume sourcing and interview coordination, and performing various HR administrative duties. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including monthly salary processing, and other related tasks. Assist in resume sourcing and interview coordination to support the recruitment process. Create and maintain staff records in the BIPO HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Perform daily HR administrative duties, including handling work pass-related matters and submitting government claims (GPML, CCL). Delegate administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the HR department. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall objectives of the HR department.

Qualifications:

· Diploma in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field is required

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing is essential

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel.

· Experience working as a Regional HR executive is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Career Conversion Programme (CCP), including programme structures, stakeholder management and project operations.
