Working day: 5.5 days work week
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5pm) | Saturday (8.30am – 1pm)
Salary range: $2,200 - $2,800
Location: Caldecott, Novena, Orchard (travel 3 locations)

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Patient Service Associate at the clinics.
• Handle front desk related matters such as customer enquiries and cashiering.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Recruitment Activities including sourcing from various platforms, selection , conducting job/career fairs, liaison with hiring managers.
• Talent acquisitions include end to end recruitment and selection process including arrange for interview and collaborate with department heads to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
• Supports onboarding process for new hires including advisory support to clients if necessary, on work pass application process.
• Responsible for all Work pass applications.
• Supports offboarding Process.
• Supports Employee engagement activities such as D&D, Annual Team Building, newsletter etc.
• Facilitates performance management processes organisational wide to all employees.
• Supports general HR operations and/or full employee cycle activities.

Requirements :
- Degree in any discipline

- Min 3 - 4 years of HR generalist experience

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Proactive, People oriented and results driven.

- Prior recruitment experience will be advantage.
