Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Recruiting and HR matters such as, but not limited to: posting jobs on WSG and Jobstreet; scheduling interviews; processing applications; negotiating contracts; vetting time-sheets; ensuring payroll correctness including but not limited to leave and PH allocation.

· maintain a filing system in line with established standards, ensure others to so as well

· Assist in the insurance claims and surveys per government agency requirements

· Respond to queries from finance related to HR

· Submit and reconcile expense reports

· Write letters and emails on behalf of other Management

· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

· Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient

· Maintain up-to-date employee records

· Participate in task forces and committees as requested

· Any other duties / tasks as requested by management

• •Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry practices and its application with current processes in HR daily operations.
• •Support on HR departmental projects.

Job Requirement

• •Degree or Diploma in HRM.
• •Min 5-6 years working experience in Construction and Manufacturing Industry.
• •Well versed in Singapore Employment Act.
• •IHRP certified will have added advantage.
• •Familiar with Whyze HR software is an added advantage.
