Data & Marketing Executive

Location: 10 Kallang Avenue

Working Day: 5 Days (Mon - Fri) Overtime is required.

Working Hour: 8.15am - 5.30pm

Salary : $3000 - $3500

Requirement

• Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of Modern Excel, PBI, Power Automate is a plus.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field

• Financial ManagementAssists in the preparation of monthly reporting, budget and projection files such as P/L, volume, headcount etc. from the submission from institutions
  Analyses monthly P/L, monitor against budget and provide commentaries to report to management for institution assigned
  Prepares quarterly entertainment report to send to GCEO
  Assists in preparation of Finance Board Committee agenda
  
• Fixed Assets/ Projects Claims ManagementTracks and prepares updates to Senior Management on CAPEX utilisation for both funded and self-funded projects
  Tracks and submits claims for MOH funded development projects
  Monitors various project funds usage through coordination with relevant stakeholders
  
• AdministrativePrepares Corporate Calendar for Finance
  Performs collation of statistics and data
  Performs other ad hoc administrative duties
