• Identify and perform clearing for offsetting transactions for balance sheet accounts
• Prepare bank reconciliation and resolve reconciling items
• Investigate and resolve user’s queries
• Prepare GST and other statistical submissions
• Assist on corporate tax, internal and external audit matters
• Work with Grants and Intercompany GL teams to resolve issues
• Participate in process improvement projects
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Accountancy
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills; ability to communicate with various departments and levels

Responsibilities:

1. Process training nominations and perform course registration for staff
2. Administer staff benefits:

• Pre-employment medical examinations – verify accuracy of candidates in vendor listing before arranging for payment
• Medical Claims
• MSO benefits transfer exercise
• WICA & Foreign Worker insurance – provide staff & compen data to broker; work with PGA on renewal, if applicable
• Staff workplace injury – assist officer on injury reports & attend to queries & follow-up with staff on subsequent claims
• Co-Pay Assist – renewal; For retiring/resigning staff, liaise with NTUC Income on staff no longer eligible for them to terminate & refund on a pro-rated basis.
• Publish childcare centre eDMs on ad-hoc basis
• Validate company apt rentals in WD and prep salary deduction forms
• Any other duties assigned

Skills / knowledge / experience required and/or preferred:

• Possess 1-2 years of experience in HR admin and ops
• Meticulous and has an eye for details
• Experience in using HR software such as Workday would be useful but not essential
